Rue Haas has written a beautiful and spirit lifting book for anyone who has ever been accused of being too sensitive. Yes, being too sensitive is considered by many to be a personal failing. Ms. Haas has a different, deeply healing, and very useful understanding of this normal orientation to life. Many people who are highly sensitive also have physical symptoms because of their sensitivity, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
