Product Description

Early records of "Cooper and Sons" producing India Pale Ale can found in the South Australian Advertiser, dated February 1868. A strong, robust ale with bold malt characters with very high hopping levels. The Coopers IPA beer kit produces a beer with all the hallmarks of a genuine IPA from the "motherland", just like the one first brewed in 1868 by Coopers. Recommended to be used with Coopers Brew Dry Malt Extract, Coopers Dextrose and Coopers Carbonation Drops. For best results we recommend using with the Coopers Brewery DIY Beer Kit.

Has a great flavor and is not bitter. This is a staple wort and unfortunately our local home brew supplier does not carry it - so we order it on Amazon. Give it a try!
