I'm an avid reader and although I really enjoyed the concept in this book, I think it needs a writing overhaul. The concept is pretty self-explanatory and is simply another way to tap into the subconscious to receive answers to every day questions, but I am curious to know whether or not Edison actually stated that he used this approach. I'd at least like to know where the author got his facts.
The book is a very short read, which is fine in Kindle .99 cent standards, but it contains repeats several times and the layout is a little bizarre. The wording is all centered with double or triple spacing between the small paragraphs and blank pages out of nowhere. In essence, this book is more like a 1-1 1/2 page article that was spread out, including a mini-diary in the back, so its not that much information.
I believe it should have been a bit more detailed. I see there is a print version available. I don't believe I'd pay 9.95 for a print version. Hopefully there will be an update to this book including examples of using it for different aspects of your life, as well as real life examples of the process working in people's lives.
If Edison truly did use this process, I'd like to see examples from his life, as well as other famous thinkers that the author referred to such as Einstein. That would make the book more credible and solidified.
PS- I still think the actual "concept" was worth buying this book, I'd just like to see the book updated and more detailed. May rename it "Thomas Edison's Secret to Success" to attract more readers.
