Thomas And Friends Wooden Railway - Giggling Troublesome Trucks

Thomas becomes more animated than ever! We gave these to our son for his third birthday. They have become a much loved part of his wooden railway system. He loves to pretend they are making trouble and giggling all the while. We've only had them a few weeks, but they seem to be very durable and have already received enough play to be well worth the cost. We highly recommend this addition to any wooden railway set.

This toy is fun. My son loves it. The only problem is the giggling. It sounds like a heard of the cartoon chipmunks Chip 'n Dale and each one giggling in that high pitched squeak. I mean it too. Like having hundreds of them in your house; all laughing at you at the same time. It didn't even last the day out when I had to take my screw driver to it and pop out the batteries. Now I love the toy just fine. My son? He knows it use to make sound but he still enjoys it. He even made it the "engine" of his train.

My 3 year old son likes these as part of the collection of trains he has, especially that one giggles. I just don't like having to change the battery. :) He doesn't like to play with it without the giggle.

Good durability and nifty train set. Actually wobbles while moving. You have to get your own button style batteries though because it will arrive dead. We have a kids craft play table and train set that we were trying to add to but unfortunately these cars are too wide and tall for the overpasses and bridge sections.

both trucks do wiggle; one from side to side and one from front to back- only one of the trucks is batterie powered and 'giggles'. But they are very cute and durable. A good buy overall!

My three year old had some money to spend for his birthday so we let him pick out a few new trains for his Thomas set. He couldn't live without these troublesome trucks. After all, they are pretty cute. Well, three weeks later and they no longer giggle. Although I was kind of annoyed that this happened to a new toy I was going to replace the batteries. I figured maybe we just got the old package that sat on the shelf too long. Then a friend came over and told me that her son's troublesome trucks no longer giggle either. His were given to him for his birthday, just a few weeks before my son received his. It's still a great toy, and definitely well loved, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Great toys for my son. He loves Thomas and anything that has to do with Thomas. These are well built toys and should last a long time if you do not get them wet.

I purchased these for my son, and he loves them!! He has had so much fun adding them to his trains, and also he loves making them giggle :) a great add to any Thomas collection!!

These are one of my son's favorite Thomas trains. He enjoys pressing the top on the red truck to make it giggle repeatedly. I appreciate how well-made the Thomas trains are, they are solid and crafted better than other train brands we have tried (Nuchi, Melissa and Doug, etc.). We will buy more Thomas trains, and I recommend this set for the young train lover, as the giggling sound helps keep their attention as they try and figure it out.
