Pointless to order this online..,

This is a beautiful ornament. It is a pity that it is so poorly constructed and packaged that it is impossible to receive it in one piece. It ships from the manufacturer(not the seller) in a styro-foam cube with no box, and no label marking it as fragile. The village scene and train are loosely secured in the base that they arrived rattling around in globe. This happened both times I ordered this item. After looking closer, it appears that it is constructed so poorly that there is no way this item can be shipped without this seperation happening. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service of the seller I tried to purchase this from, as they did everything they could to make me happy. If this ornament is something you want, please consider trying to find it at a store. Unless the two I was shipped were from a faulty batch, it seems impossible to ship this without breaking it.
