I purchased this as a birthday gift for a friend in San Diego. It arrived in plenty of time and securely packaged, however, the Bradford Exchange never included any notation in the packaging that it was a gift and who had sent it. It took this lady (82 yrs. old) over a month to track down who had sent her this gift, and then it was just by chance that she found out. She called the Bradford Exchange and all they told her it was ordered on line through Amazon. She called Amazon and they would not give her any info. Meanwhile, I thought she didn't like the gift because she never acknowledged receipt and she thought I had forgotten her birthday. Big mix-up. Seems to me the whole thing could have been avoided by Bradford Exchange including a note or birthday greetings in the package. Will never order this way again....

i like this a lot, because i can put some of my jewelries inside, still looking for something that is very pretty and yet affordable to put some of my collection of jewelries.

I got this for my mother and she absolutely loved it! It was a little smaller than I expected, but that's all.

I purchased this as a gift for my grandmother for christmas. It arrived fine, but just like the other reviewer said it made no indication that it was a present. When I called her to make sure she received her present she was confused and thought the company had sent it to her by mistake and she wasn't sure when they expected her to pay for it. But she loves the present now that she understands that it was a gift, and plays it all the time from what I'm told.

I bought this for my Mother who is a Thomas Kincade fan and religious. A pretty music box with the added bonus of a area to store jewelry or such.
