I will never do business with collectables today again, September 15, 2009

I ordered a cuckoo clock from this vender and have had nothing but problems since. By the way, it's been a month and I still have not received my clock.
They state on their site that they will ship in 3 days, It took a week and a half. They DO NOT RETURN E-MAILS, they have a phone line that puts you into an ENDLESS LOOP and there is NO WAY TO TRACK PACKAGE because its coming by regular mail( if it's coming at all)
I have contacted the B.B.B. and I plan on posting my experience on YELP!
Being a business owner, I have a law firm on retain and I have contacted them on this matter.
It is NO LONGER A MATTER OF THE $165.70,THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD! I will not let them get away with these poor business practices.
