New construction recessed housing, Type IC, air seal. Interlocking bar hangers adjust for joist centers from 16'' to 24''. Bar hangers include pre positioned nails for fast, secure mounting. Also suitable for t grid ceilings. Housing provided with integral reflector system, making it suitable for the following standard trims: TRM30, TR30, and THS30. Uses (1) 26W GX24Q (4 pin, triple tube) CFL bulb. 7 1/2'' D. x 6 1/2'' W. x 11 1/2'' L. Includes detailed instruction sheet and plaster shield to protect inside of housing during painting. ENERGY Star rated. UL listed for damp locations.
