Approximately 14"H hand-crafted blown-glass Santa figurine on a richly finished wooden base that is approximately 7" in diameter. Each figurine is hand-painted in deep vibrant enamel colors and lavishly finished in sparkling glitter. The noble-looking Santa has a luxurious robe, befitting Father Christmas and is toting a large sack overflowing with giftsin one hand and has his other arm around a teddy bear. This figurine will be the center of attention - either on your feastive holiday dining table or as a wonderful way to decorate any special place in your home. Also makes a thoughtful decorating idea for shut-ins, students away at school or anyone unable to be home for the holidays. Honestly, I was a little afraid to order this item for two reasons: 1. I was thinking of the delicate blown-glass Christmas tree ornaments. 2. When I used the "see larger view" of the item Santa's eyes looked strange; like he was drugged or something. However, when I received this item I was surprised by how substantial this figurine is-it really is over 14" tall and weighs over 7 lb. Also, Santa's eyes look normal; very happy. That just must have been a bad image or something on the "larger view" option. There are no dates or anything on this piece, so I am going to purchase some as gifts for next holiday. These appear to be very expensive pieces, anyone would be happy to receive one.

This is a beautiful, quality piece. His face is friendly and his eyes twinkle. Santa stands under our tree each year. He's so weighty, I don't even worry about him getting knocked over by my two big dogs. The lights reflecting in his candy-apple-red glaze are fantastic!I paid full price and still, I'm happy about it.

This figurine is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice and it looks larger than I thought it would be. I immediately placed it in the most prominent spot on my mantle full of Santas. It WILL NOT be packed away after Christmas!
