This is a cute toy, but the wheels don't turn. My son was disappointed, as was I. It doesn't advertise it as a flashlight only, but gives you the impression it does something else. Because of the packaging, you can't see that the wheels don't turn. Not a bad toy, just not what I was expecting, and not that entertaining.

I purchased Percy because my son pretty much as everything else in Thomas but he loves Percy almost as much as Thomas you just don't see as many non train track pieces that come in Percy. He loves this toy. I do agree with the other reviews in that it would have been great if the wheels were able to move but my son still pushes it along ( we have hardwood floors) and he doesn't even realize that the wheels aren't turning. I love the sayings and overall this is a great toy!

I gave this to my nephew for Christmas. His dad called me that night and said he wanted to take it to bed with him.. He love the handle on it. It made if very easy for a one year one to carry around.

Wheels don't need to move

thomas the train-preschool light-up talking train

Best birthday gift
My 2 year old son saw this light up talking Percy train in Walmart and carried it around the store for about 30 min. I didn't buy it then but was so happy to see it on Amazon. Read more

Not much fun for my grandson

Light up thomas train
