5.0 out of 5 stars Inquiry into Physics
This was a good book. I like that it was loose leaf - it enabled me to take the questions pages out of the text as I was referencing the chapters.

1.0 out of 5 stars THIS is a book?!
I didn't expect it to be hole punched... and NOT binded... so i had to put it in a loose leaf binder... you're just buying a stack of papers...

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Physics 101 book, January 4, 2007
This review is from: Thomson Advantage Books: Inquiry Into Physics (with InfoTrac ) (Ring-bound)
This book was required for one of my college classes. It provides the same information that is taught in high school but in a much better format. I liked this book so much I have kept it for my personal library (and no I'm not some math/physics freak).

4.0 out of 5 stars Great as far as text books go..., September 10, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Inquiry Into Physics (Paperback)
Basic physics book packed with information, diagrams, photos, exercises and some answers at the back of the book to make sure you are on track. Interesting text because it touches on how physics relates to almost everything.

5.0 out of 5 stars saved me so much money, October 4, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Don't buy the new editions. My professor said they only changed like 3 problems and a definition. Also physics is incredibly gorgeous. I mean, what a holy hunk of a book.

This review is from: Thomson Advantage Books: Inquiry Into Physics (with InfoTrac ) (Ring-bound)
This book's pages are so thin they rip at almost every turn of the page. The publisher took a stab at trying to keep college students from reselling their books by making this one rip to shreds as they use it. This item has to be put in a three ring binder. Dont buy this version get the bound version.

5.0 out of 5 stars Physics, January 31, 2006
This review is from: Thomson Advantage Books: Inquiry Into Physics (with InfoTrac ) (Ring-bound)
My order came in time for my physics for liberal arts class. I liked that the book had prepunched holes so that it could fit into my three ring binder.
