I fell in love with the Villeroy and Boch pattern called "New Wave", but it seemed ridiculous to spend so much on dishes. This set is shaped similarly and looks just as nice. I got service for 8 for just over $60. The dishes do not scratch (like my previous Target set "Worldview") and are a nice size. Your food will look great on these plates, even if you're far from a gourmet chef.

I just moved into my new place and I wanted a new set of dishes that were simple but unique and this set was perfect. Just like past reviews have stated, these pieces are a perfect size. The bowls are awesome cereal bowls, the dinner plates are large, the salad plates are perfect for salad or a sandwich w/ chips and the coffee cups are used every morning for my cup of joe. I bought a second set to make sure I had plenty for when friends came over for dinner. Speaking of friends over for dinner, on the two occasions that I have had friends over for dinner since I bought the set, people always compliment the pieces. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought 2 sets of these dishes to serve as everyday dishes. I was happy to see what a great packaging &amp;amp; handling job Target did... all dishes came fully intact, with no damage. Even the original boxes looked great.<br /> <br /> I was disappointed that the color of the dishes is a bit darker than pictured above, and that although this is stone ware, some of the pieces have uneven glaze work on them<br /> <br /> The plates are awesome!!! The dinner plate can double as serveware since the surface is so large and looks so clean! The cups are very ergonomocally designed, and easy to clean by hand. But I found the bowls to be a little too big and curved for my dishwasher's lower bowl rack. Otherwise, these are a great value and are very very sturdy!

I cant say enough about this set. The cups are the perfect hot beverage size. The dinner plates are big enough for any meal and I love the square shape. They are versitle and fit any style. They also fit perfectly in the dishwasher and they set straight up and do not fall over so I never need to re-wash. The salad plates are big enough for salads, desserts, appetizers or condiments. Bowls are great too!

The Quadro 16-pc set is excellent. Square design with rounded corners bring out the elegance. Good quality. The mugs are good size. Love the round bowls. Good price.

After 35 years of outstanding, sturdy Corelle dinnerware, I decided to buy new dishes to go with my new remodeled kitchen. I did a lot of research, including considering new /Corning Corelle, but what they were asking for a 20 piece place setting, I realized I'd still need matching serving pieces.
The Quadro set is simple, yet sophisticated and works well for both casual and formal situations. Love the soft squared edges - my only recommendation, check the depth of your cabinets. The dinner plates are a little larger than the norm and may be too wide to fit - the doors can't completely close.

Great contemporary look for your table.

I bought two sets of these dishes from linens n things and absolutely love them. They are heavy and easy to clean. I also bought the two piece serveware that match and both are nice sizes if you're only serving two to four people.

Cons: I bought these hoping that they would stay cool in the microwave, as most stoneware does, but any part of these dishes that's touching food heats up so you need potholders. They also have a shiny glaze you don't normally see in stoneware. High shipping costs make the value just okay, not great.

Pros: Very beautiful, nice size and shape. The color is just off white as expected. Nicely packaged in all recyclable material.

Bought 2 sets last year around Christmas. Still using them today as our everday dishes. They are fantastic. Good size, good weight. You can dress them up or dress them down. One of the best purchases made and you can't beat the price.

We've had these dishes for more than a year. We only wash them in the dishwasher, occasionally drop one (hardwood floors), use daily, and they still look like new without any scratches. Works great for transitional or modern style. Definitely a great buy- still recommend to everyone we know.
