The overload protection feature will automatically shut down if load exceeds inverter rating. Smart Surge Control (SSC) ensures smooth start-up of appliances and tools. If input exceeds 16 volts direct current or less than 10 volts, the inverter will automatically shut down with the Voltage Protection feature. Thermal cutoff - automatically shuts down if internal temperature exceeds safe design parameters. The ac output socket is a double North American - 3 prongs with USB port 5 volts – 500 milli amperes.
