5.0 out of 5 stars Well organised and well illustrated, easy to read, June 12, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Thoracic Radiology: the Requisites (Hardcover)
The authour has done a very good job of conveying the essentials of thoracic imaging in a easy to read and well illustrated single volume book. While coverage of some topics is superficial, the well organised differential lists and nice images make this book a pleasure to read. Residents begining in thoracic imaging and those preparing for boards will find this book invaluable. It does not replace a full text book but conveys more information than an imaging atlas.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing!, December 16, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This book is really amazing! I read many texts in field of thoracic radiology, but no other book I get explained thoracic radiology such as this one. Definitly, Theresa McLoud is a great author and teacher (I had chance to hear her lecture when she came to Lebanon at 2010). The most lovely charpter was the interstitial lung disease. It was the first time when I get such complicated and difficult information in such simplified and full coverage manner. Recommend this book to all residents and starting radiologists who deal with thoracic imaging at daily practice.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really glad I bought it!, August 20, 2005
This review is from: Thoracic Radiology: the Requisites (Hardcover)
I bought my copy from Amazon...It reached in mint condition :-). I have read only a few pages so far, but it seems to be a great book on thoracic imaging. I also talked to some of the attendings about the book and they all said that McLoud is a great author and a great radiology teacher. I am really glad I bought this book early enough to be able to make good use of it for my chest rotation.
