This review is from: Dr Thorndyke Intervenes (Paperback)
I am quite addicted to all of R. Austin Freeman mysteries. This is a tale about a box left in the Fenchurch Station that contains a human head. It is a very bizarre incident that only Dr. Thorndyke can solve. I am tryig to find every book Freeman wrote and dread getting to the last one as I did with the one and only Conan Doyle. The best mysteries of all time I have found were written in the 1800's and early 1900's. Brilliance never seen again. |
