I have used Tylophora Asthmatica since 1996 and noticed right away that I used MUCH less kleenex. A couple years ago, I decided to stop taking it, but my pulmonologist noticed the difference, so I'll stay on it for life. Thorne, one of the few brands still available, makes a good quality, affordable product.
