The can-do pigs take the readers through their exciting day of all that they can-do. The can-do pigs spend their day helping others by cleaning, fixing, and being loyal friends. They still find time have fun on top of their busy schedules. The best part about the can-do pigs is that there is nothing that they cannot do. This is a fun story that grabs children's attention through silly rhymes and beautiful watercolor illustrations. There is no set plot to the book. The can-do pigs are a spontaneous bunch that are always doing something. It is an enjoyable book to read with children. This is a book that children will have memorized in no time at all!

I teach elementary school ESL and I love to use this book to teach about action verbs. The pigs do so many different things. The illustrations are great and teach the kids tons of different and interesting verbs. The kids in my class love it!

David MacPhail's "pig" books are true favorites at our house. His trio of Pigs' texts are fun to read, and fun to view - with great illustrations. The pictures support the marvelously rhythmic, creative words with a good set of lessons embedded inside. In fact, the adults in the house search out these books as favorites to read to the kids!

The art work alone is worth the price of this book; however, the story is hilarious and entertaining for both children and adults! This is one book you and your children will really love, over and over.

I like the book because it rhymes. The colors are good and bright.
