I highly recommend this beautiful cd. Roseanna Vitro is one of the best kept secrets in Jazz Singing today. A voice the equal of Maureen McGoverns in quality & tone color and a passion, compared to Diana Krall, with the soulfulness of Diane Reeves. 'Conviction' features 11 of the most gorgeous melodies, the great jazz pianist, Bill Evans composed, featuring pianist Fred Hersch, bassist Eddie Gomez and other greats. The title track "Conviction" exemplifies Ms. Vitros compositional abilities and will make a great addition to anyones listening library.

Nice going Roseanna! "Thoughts" is a good title. It makes one stop and think while they listen to your wonderful voice. All the songs are well done, and have a great musical background. As with her other releases, her voice dominates, and makes you sit up and listen. A great tribute.
