very comfortable; fair value,

This blanket is very soft and I like the "gel" like material they use. One is adequate for warmer climates or summer months. If it's cold outside you'll probably need more than one blanket.

I bought this blanket as a gift because I own a down-alternative bed topper and I like it very much, especially during the winter. The cover is soft and the stitching is high-quality, and I like the satin finish on the edge. The only problem with down alternative stuffing is its tendency to pack down over time. It can be re-fluffed by popping it in the dryer. I would buy the product again.

This is a beautiful, soft, satiny, warm, cozy, cover. We LOVE it! It reminds me of the duvets everyone uses in Europe. I would buy it again.

So far this has been a very nice blanket. Has a nice feel to it, satin trim on all 4 sides. Plus it has a damask dobby stripe to it (like its matching comforter), which description didn't mention -- very pretty.

Decent, but not what I expected...,

I was expecting a "high loft" blanket...i.e. one that is fluffy. However, this blanket is pretty flat. However, I have a full-size bed and the blanket is very large for my bed, which is nice. I have washed it once and it does not really show any abnormal wear (some loose threads and balls of lint were present). The satin lining is also pleasant and the blanket does look high-quality.

Best $40 I spent all year,

This product performs exactly as described. It's a lightweight loft that's fluffy and soft, and is similar to down without the bacteria and occasional sharp pokies. I'm frequently cold but this is warm enough to be the only blanket I use at night even in the (southern California) winter. My partner is the always-hot one, and he claims that even when the room makes him feel cold, sometimes he can actually break a sweat under this blanket. Breathability is limited, but for my needs it's perfect. I like to feel wrapped in a warm cocoon when I sleep or rest, and this does the trick. I was looking for a "cheap" blanket to replace my standard comforter, and didn't want to use animal-derived derived down bedding and I'm so glad that I chose this vegan-friendly comforter. The gel, while not exactly the same feel as feathers, is so soft and inviting: quite the tactile pleasure. Had I known what a difference a mere $10 can make in improving my sleeping experience, I would have traded in my cotton comforter for a down alternative one long ago. Highly recommended!

Very nice quality, I love the satin edging.A word of warning though: if you are thinking of getting the king size blanket for a queen size bed you need to have a bed with a 'thick' mattress; as the king is a bit large for most queen size beds. Satin - a fabric woven of silk or rayon, with a smooth glossy finish and a dull back-

I am very pleased with this blanket. It has a great weight to it.....not too heavy and not too thin. The wide satin edging goes all the way around the blanket. I've washed mine twice and it washed wonderfully. Great buy!

I ordered this to use along with a double-flannel blanket, because the existing cover was not quite warm enough. The down-alternative blanket is warm enough to use without the other blanket, and is wonderfully light. It is surprisingly every bit as airy as real down. If really bitter weather comes, this with the other blanket will be plenty without being weighty. I would definitely purchase again!
