I couldn't believe how heavy the box was when these sheets were delivered. When I took the sheets out of the box the folded sheets were about 30% bigger than my other 5 sets of queen sheets. The fabric is so thick and soft, but gets softer every wash. These sheets are large on my queen even though I have a top of the line deep, "down topped", mattress. I love sleeping in these sheets. I accidently ordered Full instead of Queen and they were so nice about exchanging the size for only a modest (considering the heaviness of the box) $10 additional shipping fee. I'd buy these sheets over and over and over again.
