We have had high thread count sheets for years and love the thickness of them. Although these sheets were a high thread count as well, they were MUCH thinner and scratchier than the ones we were used to. We were very disappointed. The company has been amazing in satisfying us, though - they were prompt to offer us a solution with our dissatisfaction.
