This series of DVD's is a great aid to sewer's like myself who are learning how to adjust patterns for fit. Each DVD has a short interview with Kenneth D. King and he gives very handy tips.
Each video is about 35 - 40 minutes long. The instructions from Judith Nuekam are clearly explained and demonstrated. The instructions from Amber Eden are a little less clear and not always demonstrated visually, but sometimes verbally added something at the end of a demonstration, and I needed replay those parts in order to better understand what was being explained.
On the bust fitting video the camera occasionally moved around while Judy was demonstrating how to adjust for full bust measurement and it was a bit distracting (and annoying) and made it a little hard to see. Also, while she was cutting the pattern, the camera changed angles several times instead of staying focused on one angle so I could see exactly what she was doing.
I found this DVD series to be very helpful to me as a beginner to fitting. I would recommend this series to anyone who wants to learn about fitting. I do believe this series is overpriced. It could easily have been put on one DVD for 30 or 40 dollars and would have made a decent buy. I found mine on eBay for 60 dollars though and I am happy I bought it. I will use it with my Threads DVD archive collection, where there are many great articles on fitting.
