I read this book with my wife when she was pregnant. The information and the writing style were very natural, exactly what we're looking for. Just make sure to read it open minded.
Our daughter is now 3 years old, has a cradle placed together with our bed and sometimes sleeps with us. I can tell you: it couldn't be any different!
If the couple is ready to do what they feel instead of what people say is right, this is the book for your family.
Great work Deborah! Thank you!

I've read many parenting books and this is one of my absolute favorites. If you are or want to be a gentle parent, this book will give you a lot of evidence-based support for your goals. It is well-written and just made me feel so good about my parenting choices, as well as giving me lots of new ideas.

Interesting and insightful. Whatever your beliefs, it is worth reading for the opportunity to question a principle that many consider a fact.
