The first time I read one of Mrs Braun's books with Koko and Yum Yum (to say nothing of the newsmand and owner, Qwilleran) I was in Florida, workin as Disney Cast Member. I have always been fond of animals, but these books made me feel very fond of siamese cats, and something that was very unusual, was the ability of this lady writer to "paint" vivid the character of a man written by a woman. All along during the reading of the first novel I thought the writer was a man. Only when I closed the cover I found out to be a lady. She is now one of my favourite writers.

This book has three complete stories in one book. If you are like me you have only so much space for the books in a series you collect and this is a great way to have more stories in less space. The Cat Who series is one that most people I talk to really like.

What a great set of books. Made me a true reader. Challenged my logic and made me want to stay up all night to finish the books. Her husband finished the final book because of the wifes illness and he evidently did not understand or care about the characters as his wife would not be able to write anymore and he butchered the last book in the series. The first 25 books are fantastic!
