I wasn't sure I'd like these stories, but one by one, I began them with tripidation and within the first chapter I was hooked. I did not want the story to end and when it did I was only consoled with the knowledge that I could re-read it. I loved The Endearment! I loved/hated/loved Bittersweet! Forgiving took me up, down, then up again on a rollercoaster of emotion. I adored all three stories. I will read and read and read them again. Thank you LaVyrle! These gifts you've given us are precious!

Be prepared to have your heart broken and knit together again with love. Ms. Spencer touches your very soul with emotion.....joy, sorrow, laughter and most of all-love. These stories will become a part of your heart!

Lavyrle Spencer shows her stuff in this exciting yet realistic novel. I found it hard to put down. I would strongly recommend this book.
