5.0 out of 5 stars This is one group that should be heard., June 18, 2000
This review is from: Three Crosses (Audio CD)
Three Crosses combines many styles of music on their debut. You have a pop sound with Calvary, a bluesier sound with Mission Bell, and a ballad with Mary's Song. The vocalist is not as good as some others in Christian Music, but he is not annoying. The musicians give everything a contemporary feel and the music will make you feel good. This is an album every Christian should listen to.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Roots of Pasch, December 5, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Three Crosses (Audio CD)
I first discovered this album at a time when I was just beginning to heed God's call to come back to the fold, and it gave me a shove in the right direction. Steven Mark Pasch and Ralph Barrientos(sp?) really struck home with this debut album. The lyrics are heart-wrenching and speak to the soul of the Christian, while the beats and harmony keep you glued to your speakers. So good I just ordered a second copy. BONUS! Don't miss the final track of the album, #11 by bass player Steve Blaufeder of Cranford, NJ, who is never credited for this track. Which brings me here: these days, Pasch has sacrificed the name recognition of "Three Crosses" and gone solo (see stevenmarkpasch.com), but it's yet to be seen if he has the wisdom or humility to make the most of the gifts God blessed him with. Perhaps he should take a page from Mark Redmon, who was once asked, "Are you worshipping, or performing?" I think Pasch needs to go back to this album and give the rest of the band, who still play with him, their due.
