Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

Unusual for Pudding House, this chapbook is perfect bound and in keeping with the company's tradition it is well-dressed in fine stock. The poems are sterling. This collection received first place in a prestigious national competition, The National Looking Glass Poetry Chapbook Competition, sponsored by Pudding House Publications. Four finalist judges agreed on the quality of this collection. Noble is a naturalist and environmental activist who has appeared in New Millennium Writings, Barnable Mountain Review, Grrrr (Arctos Press), convolvulus, and elsewhere. He received a short story award from the Southwest Writers Conference in 1998. Keener is an environmental lawyer and has appeared in The Acorn and has an essay forthcoming in the book Adventures in Green Travel. Day has been a technical writer in the biotech industry, an insect curator at the California Academy of Sciences, and the three are available for readings via crowpoets@aol.com.
