Having been a drummer for over 12 years and a DIY producer for almost as long, Jason has spent half of his young life in the independent music world. Now at age 23, Jason has spent the past 3 years writing and recording abstract electronic music. "I really like the idea of sitting down and experiencing a record, almost like a meditation. So with my first solo record I wanted to create something that would give the listener a sense of peace and wonder... a feeling of separation from desire and fear." The result of this 3 year creative writing process is a mostly instrumental album comprised of deep rolling bass grooves and soaring synth textures punctuated by sparse beats.
