More About the Author

Sue Perkins was born and raised in Devon, England. After her marriage she and her husband traveled the world. Once they had a family they moved to New Zealand and now live on a three acre block at the top of the South Island of New Zealand.

Sue has been writing for many years and her first book was published in 2007. Since then another six have been released. Her favorite genres are fantasy, romance and young adult fantasy.

When asked why she writes, Sue replies because all the stories in my head are demanding to be written so others may enjoy them.

"Sue Perkins has written a lively story about a little girl who didn't know any life except the one Darcy struggled to provide. They were both detailed in the book and were so loveable it was impossible to not be on their side. The chemistry between Darcy and Travis was electric. They were opposites both in financial and worldly ways. Neither knew the true self of the other. How the little girl dealt with both of them was sweet and interesting."
