i'm glad to see some of the newer bands goin' back to playin' hard drivin' rock'n' roll. "endeverafter" airbourne"+" black stone cherry" are a few that come to mind.now stone rider follows that same path+ they do a excellent job of it!!!openin' song "rush hour, baby sets the tone every cut is rockin'!!! other stand out cuts are "wild child" "juice man"+ my favorite"ramble down" they even do a remake of one of classic rock's kickinest songs "hair of the dog" by nazerith. all in all a great 1st album from these atlanta rockers!!! can't wait to see them live!!!

Wow! How refreshing was it to hear this album on my way to work the other day? So refreshing that I scheduled a happy hour with some friends, threw on some denim, ordered a few Wild Turkeys and had a blast. This album takes me back to the good ol' days but with a modern kick that cannot be denied.
I don't know what these guys are like live but this has to be one of the best solid rock albums of 2008. Every song is a keeper and I don't say that lightly. It's awesome at the first listen but ages well too. I saw this album mentioned on Talking Metal on FUSE and that's why I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. Way better than Airbourne and with a real American feel. This reminds me of classic old Aerosmith (when they were still on drugs). I don't know what guitars they use but I hear a lot of the Les Paul sound. I may be mistaken but I've always preferred the Les Paul sound (Thin Lizzy). Anyway you can't go wrong with this one. Pour yourself a bourbon and turn it up. Great album.

I stumbled across Stone Rider and found a great, fun rock band. These guys are like a party rock band with energy that never wants to slow down. If you like real rock bands similar to AC/DC you will love these guys too!!
