5.0 out of 5 stars One of the most practical meditation books, August 2, 2005

This review is from: The Three-Minute Meditator (Hardcover)
If you want to integrate meditation into your "regular" life, check out this book. Many meditation books explain how to meditate, but they treat meditation as if it's separate from the rest of daily life. This book has the most practical advice and tools that I've seen.

I have several books on meditation. Somehow I always tend to pick up this one. It is quite inspiring.
I started off with a Dutch pocket version of this title, but recently I purchased the 'updated' one in English. Very clear and to the point, written with lots of humour. It makes me want to go for it straight away and that's just what I need.

I enjoyed this book - well written, and easy to read, plus it had some great practical tips and exercises to try as you read. No waiting till you have finished the book!

Certainly well worth reading. I have had several friends borrow it and they have found it really beneficial.
