I had already bought a 20$ leather case for the LG 6100 from the retail store where I got the phone. I almost returned it when I saw this product offered at 14.99 to include not only the leather case but also the car adapter and ear bud. Glad I didn't return the Verizon leather case. I was disappointed with the quality of the carrying case included in this kit. It instantly felt "cheap" once I opened the package. The leather quality is poor. Even if you overlook that aspect, good luck trying to get the phone inside of it without either ripping it or breaking your phone. Thirdly, once we finally fit the phone inside of it, the phone simply wouldn't achieve a full close. The case kept it slightly open. (I guess with some stretching it might eventually close better). Both my wife and I instantly decided the 20$ verizon case was a keeper. Higher quality leather and better fit.
As for the car charger adapter, we also experienced initial problem getting it to plug in the phone. After many attempts we finally managed to get it to get in. Interestingly, once we managed to do so the first time, it worked better with subsequent attempts. Must have loosened enough. We also had a problem getting the plug to stay put in the lighter adapter and took lots of joggling around before it finally stayed secure enough to keep the "red charge light" on.
The ear bud was the one piece that worked instantly without a problem.
In conclusion, the carrying case was instantly retired and will not be used. The lighter adapter is mediocre but works. The ear bud is fine.
All in all and for 14.99$, it was well worth the money.

As soon as I opened it, I realized this was not the same quality as the Verizon package that carried the "same" items. The case was my main need and as other reviewers have stated here, it fit terribly, would not close completely, the openings did not line up with the parts of the phone (i.e., earpiece, antenna). We purchased the Verizon version of this 3-piece set for our sons at a special price of $20 each WITH the purchase of these phones. I'm kicking myself for not having purchased 3-piece sets for all four of us.

I managed to get the case on the phone, but the phone wouldn't close & the case kept pushing against the phone's record button. If you manage to get the case to close, you still have to content with that issue. The hands-free ear piece works fine. Haven't tried the cigarette lighter adapter yet.
