Other reviews have done a great job analyzing the content of these delightful little books, but I was introduced to Stephanie Plum on CD during a road trip (that went through Jersey, which made the books that much better). I have to attract attention to Lori Petty's fantastic reading. Her hooker voice made me laugh over and over, and she does a great job of developing distinctive voices for all the other characters as well. The tone is perfect, she's totally clear on every word, and she really does add another level of enjoyment to the experience of listening to these books on CD.

If you want the gist of the books these are the way to go considering they are an ABRIDGED copy. The reader Lori Petty does an alright job. unfourtnaly I would recommend the unabridged read by either C.J Critt or Lorelei King they do a supuerb job where Petty is lacking

The audio book makes a perfect traveling companion and these were in excellent condition and arrived in the stated time. Great service great product.

This book includes the first three novels in the Stephanie Plum series. At the time of this review there are 17 books in the series. It is an engaging story of a bounty hunter set in Tenton, NJ. There is the use of language in these novels but it does not detract from the story and, for the most part, is approprite to either the character or the situation. This particular edition is very large and sometimes hard to hold but the value is self evident when the price is compaired to purchasing the books seperately. There is another omnibus edition that includes books 4 to 6. A good buy a fun story.

I realy injoyed this dvd set. I laughted and got to know the stephenie plum bounty hunter. I want to read or listen to all of hers and Janet Evanovich books

I have been purchasing the large print Stephanie Plum (used) series for my Mom, who lives in an assisted living facility. Right from the start, she loved them, and yes...does "laugh out loud."
This vendor got the books to her in a very timely manner.

I love all of Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum books. Having them on cd just makes it easier to "read." I highly recommend them to everyone.

We don't always like the same things, but the drama and humor in these books hooked both my husband and I. These was mystery, adventure & romance and written such that you didn't always know what would happen next. However, I think the humor is what makes the series exceptional.
