The book explains how to remove the fat and flab from your abdominal muscles. Before I read the book I did extensive stomach exercises which only made my stomach look bigger and puffier. That's because I was buiding stomach muscles which pushed out the flab over my abdominals. The book showed me a 3-step approach to get rid of the flab that was covering my abs...

When I bought this book I though that I was buying a book that would help me lose weight. But instead, I bought a coaster. I only told me one exercise that I didn't know. If you really want to lose weight, all you need is will power and a little determination.

The book explains how to remove the fat and flab from your abdominal muscles. Before I read the book I did extensive stomach exercises which only made my stomach look bigger and puffier. That's because I was buiding stomach muscles which pushed out the flab over my abdominals. The book showed me a 3-step approach to get rid of the flab that was covering my abs. Now I can actually see my abdominal muscles. And I no longer have an unsightly pot belly. I highly recommend the book if you are serious about deflating your pot belly.

I have tried almost every divice, gadget and machine to deflate my unsightly pot belly. Nothing seemed to help even though I have spent hundreds if not thousands to get a flat stomach. This book tells you what "fat burning foods" help get rid of the fat and flab that cover your abdominal muscles--and slims the rest of your body at the same time. This book has been a miracle to me. I can now actually see my abdominal muscles. I'm actually getting tired of hearing the compliments from friends and family. The best thing is--if the book does not flatten your belly you get every penny of your money back. So you deflate ONLY your belly and not your wallet. I not only have a flat stomach--but I have also lost 30 pounds in just 104 days.

I read this little book in one night. It's the best advice I ever got on how to get rid of one's ugly gut! ... Reading it is the easy part. Avoiding the fattening foods is not hard either. ... This is a great little book that gets right to the point and tells you what you need to do to solve the belly bulge problem. IMO they do not go nearly far enough with respect to aerobic exercise but they are right on target on everything else. There are many and myriad worthless books, products, machines, pills and yes, even creams purporting to be an easy way out. This neglected little gem, by contrast, will tell you the truth.

For a small book, this has a lot of useful information. Let's face facts; everyone is looking for the easy way to a flatter stomach...Well there is no easy way, you HAVE to do the work-Diet&Exercise. If you feel overcome by all the latewst diet fad and tummy flattening books out there, skip em all and pick up this little gem. It has the answers!

This book was pretty good, however, it was written, in my opinion, for a third grader. The typeface and language is VERY simple. I was almost insulted by how the author was speaking in this book.
