In this book Ricardo Alegria put together the most popular Puerto Rican folktales in a single book. The book was released in 1969 so the ilustratiosn maybe not attractive but the content is very interesting. There are a few Juan Bobo, el mucaro and other tales. I hope he could re-edit this book and change a little bit the way he wrote so it can be more easy to read for children. A good book of Puerto Rican culture and folklore.
