An overlooked classic,

This is a great book. I first saw the movie and then discovered the book. Movie is great. Book is great. Both are different but have the same overall tone. Godey's way with words makes me jealous as a writer. If only I could write this well. He stays with one point of view the entire novel and pulls it off with great success. Read it if you can find it. Why am I the only one to have reviewed this book?

I ordered this out of print book online. It is a long lost gem. It is a very well written an interesting crime fiction novel.
