I bought this product because I read about it in a book. Very disappointed. I think Pearl (get it from GNC) or Activ yogurt and cheese from the grocery stores work much better.

I used this product for a few months and at first I was feeling really good, but after the month wore off I had to take more and more and it seemed like a constant expensive circle
I did take the advice of one of your reviewers and went to the health food store and bought a good probiotic and that made a world of difference and I did save a lot of money and got much better results
