I love Three's Company, it is one of my favorite shows of all time (if not THE favorite) and I decided to buy this Jack's Favorites dvd and also Janet's Favorites (which is a seperate dvd). This Jack's Favorites dvd is a must-have for any fan of John and the show. It includes one of the funniest episodes ever - "Up In The Air" where Jack is invited to a party by Janet but fears flying, so he takes tranquilizers and ends up taking a cocktail too which leads to some hilarious crazy yet brilliant dancing at the party. John was one of the best physical comedy actors and this one episode alone proves it. The DVD contains five different full-length episodes and a bonus tribute by director Dave Powers and Nancy Morgan Ritter. A great dvd to cherish. As John Ritter was an actor to cherish who never ceases to bring laughter. Thanks for the ongoing laughs "Jack". I think this DVD is a nice tribute to him.

Some things to consider before buying this DVD:

* No episodes with Chrissy (Suzanne Somers) or the Ropers
* The last episode ("Cupid Works Overtime") ends with "to be continued" (and isn't on this DVD)
* "Up in the Air" is probably the funniest episode of the show I've ever seen and includes Jack's long, famous, dancing-under-the-influence scene

Overall, thanks to "Up in the Air", the low price, and the bonus tribute to John Ritter (which includes footage of his Emmy win--at which Ted Danson was a fellow nominee: "And thank you to Ted Danson's daughter ..."), I recommend this for fans of Ritter/Jack who aren't inclined to buy entire seasons of Three's Company.

This DVD is absolutely wonderful for those who miss John Ritter and Three's Company... great compilation of episodes... makes one miss even more Ritter's great talents...

DVD is a must for "Three's Company" fans. If you like Jack and the girls, you'll definitely enjoy this. You may not stop laughing through this.

This DVD features five episodes plus a tribute.

"Downhill Chaser" (season 5) - Jack and the gang are at a ski resort.

"Urban Playboy" (season 6) - Jack and the gang hide out at Cindy's family farm.

"Baby, It's Cold Inside" (season 8) - Jack and Mr. Furley end up locked in a freezer.

"Up In the Air" (season 6) - Jack mixes tranquilizers and alcohol at a party.

"Cupid Works Overtime" (season 8) - Jack meets Vicky, an airline stewardess.

You can't go wrong with Three's company. Come and knock at the Captain's Door Janet, Chrissy and Delores Umbridge!

I love this DVD. I had seen the "Up In The Air" episode when it first aired, but ever since when I watch it, some of the funniest parts have been cut out, obviously for commercials. This has the uncut version and is the funniest one ever. All of the episodes on this are super funny. Worth every cent.

The late great John Ritter delighted audiences for nine seasons as the handsome comical culinary artist Jack Tripper. I said "nine",referring to the eight seasons on ABC's Three's Company and one on TC's not-too-successful spinoff Three's A Crowd. This package contains Ritter's personal favorite episodes of TC. I don't need to own it since I already own all 8 TC season sets. Post-TC-TAC,Ritter also delighted TV audiences with other memorable favorites like Hearts Afire and 8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter. Like in the TC season sets,these episodes contained herein are totally uncut(the ABC versions joined with scenes previously unseen until syndication). I dedicate this item to the memory of Ritter(9/17/48-9/11/03).
