THank you thank you this is exactly what i wanted. It was in GREAT condition and looks amazing. I will keep it for years and years to come.

Michael Jackson is my all time favorite of all music entertainers and Thriller truly is the best album ever put together by any artist. I received the album in perfect condition I will not play it ever. Michael is the best!!!!

I love this album! I have this album a long time ago, but it was thrown away by my dad by accident! Then i purchase it again a long time ago! Then i order it from you guys, well the person who sold it on Amazon then i purchase it from that person again for a best friend of mind. She is going to love this album! This is the best record that Michael Jackson ever made from back in the day! I probably have two albums of Michael Jackson's Thriller album! And not only that, it was in total mint condition like the seller said! I wanna thank the seller and thank amazon for this record, because I tried so hard to find this record in every old record store! Thanks again! And rest in peace Michael Jackson and a shot out to the whole Jackson family to!

I remember this was the greatest thing ever when it came out. It still might be. Michael's passing, may he R.I.P., (& quick side bar, whatever you think of the man, the music is some of the best of its kinds ever, not negotiable) brought this imagery and passion within this particular album and video right back into the forefront of American musical culture.

Another quick sidebar, recently along comes a friend of mine, into DJing who excites me into joining him in the world of spinning, of vinyl. So now that I have plunked down a few hundred on equipment and a few hundred on vinyl from local record stores (please continue to support local vinyl as well as Amazon "big box" efforts), what is an aspiring DJ to do?

Listen to music. I tracked down every CD, every MP3 I could find and combined this with vinyl. Listening to music was literally like homework and I would race home after work and listen to at least a few hours of music a day. After a music marathon (and operation credit card reduction) month, it was time to select various classics that basically every music owner should own (and especially own on vinyl for any DJ work). First two things that popped in my head, were Purple Rain by Prince and Thriller by Michael Jackson. Both albums influenced me earlier in life, were pivotal in my musical (and therefore perhaps life) decisions and have influenced even who I am today.

Thriller is literally an opus, a magnum, an epic, the Iliad and the Odysey of musical craftsmanship. The usage of Vincent Price, equal parts genius and creepy, the costuming, makeup, the entire production show on this was top of the line, completely began a new field (music videos) and set the bar so high, that few have even come close sense. This album has everything, Billy Jean, PYT, I could literally name every track and likely you know many of the words to most of these songs. This is truly the epitomy of what music can be, and should aspire to be. A great album, not a patchwork of songs, but a story, something that will draw any listener to the same place.

Be thrilled/awed/inspired/frightened again and get this album. Last note on this, I own this on mp3 (to listen to), on vinyl (I have a copy to spin/play) and I bought the picture disc to display on my wall. It is literally art.

It was a fast shipping and very fair price...i received in the mail when i was supposed to and in the condition they said it was..thank you i highly recommend!!

i orginally ordered the original thriller album new sealed.but once the price went up after the sale .i was sent the 25th anniversary album.they would not send me what was promised or what i ordered .even though i had saved all the paperwork showing i purchased the original thriller not a later copy.so finally after contacting amazon .and emailing back and forth to the seller they refunded my money after i sent the album back.i think they should of held up thier end of thier sale and sent me what they were advertising and selling on the website and if they had to just take a loss.i will NEVER purchasing anything from them again.

I complained to Amazon after paying full price for an an item from this dealer and the dealer renegging on the contract. Yet Amazon wants a review.

OK--here it is--AMAZON is stupid, doesn't realize that the buyer renegged on the contract, is not aware I filed a complaint and wants a review!! Amazon is so seller oriented that the buyer is without redress.

The buyer has engaged in this conduct before. They list something, find out it is worth more than they ask, then say--item is not available--an error in inventory.

Amazaon did not research my complaint.
