This is the best and clearest book that I have seen on this subject.
It covers symtoms, treatment options and long term consequences. I first read this when I had a DVT and then re-read it, thoroughly, 2 years later after leaving the hospital for a pulmonary embulism.

Recently developing blood clots and having a PE I was in need of information quick. This book answers all questions you may have. It is very helpful in managing deep vein thrombosis.

I am from Brazil and I have had a Deep Vein Thrombrosis last december. Looking some forums to know better about this condition I knew this book. It`s a great book about DVT, simple, for pacients and not doctors. Explain all the aspects of the DVT and I could stay more informed about my disease. I recommend, it is a must have book for those who want to know more about DVT.
