Straightforward, to the point about the Jingle business,
By A Customer
This review is from: Through the Jingle Jungle: The Art and Business of Making Music for Commercials (Hardcover)
This book is great! I needed information that would give me the cut and dry points regarding getting into the jingle business. Not only did it discuss business standards but it also discusses business politics, do's and dont's and the financial aspect of the jingle business. However, this book mainly discusses the jingle business from the composer point of view and not as much from the musician or singer point of view. But it is a great book.

This review is from: Through the Jingle Jungle: The Art and Business of Making Music for Commercials (Hardcover)
At the entire book, the author complaints against the lack of copyright to jingle composers. This is the boring part os this book. Even so, I learned a lot of things, mainly about the business. I cannot deny this is (was) a great book. However, it relates the jingle activity in a time that is over. The author gave a great contribution to this jingle world, but for a time that now is over. Sorry.
