About the Author

Ruben Sanchez grew up surfing in Goleta Ca.After graduating from highschool in '89,he moved to North Lake Tahoe to ride his snowboard and accidentely started a photography career in the industry.Since,he has continued traveling and documenting snowboardings' core elite.The combination of great surroundings and technical riding in his photos are seldom matched by his fellow photogs."The release of 'through the rings' marks a huge step for photographers such as myself,our industries have grown,therefore making our work valid".Ruben Sanchez

A very well done book truly highlighting snowboarding and its heroes!The mixture of scenics,surf,and lifestyle photos combined with the Snowboarding make it a must buy for board enthusiasts!
