What a sweet gift to give my niece for her 5th birthday. The pictures are beautiful and she will have such fun trying to find all the "hidden items". The message is clear and concise. What a great children's book!

this book is very good for beginning reading. children they can play i spy
with the seasons. i would however not recommend for children over 3 years of age.

I ordered this book along with the other one titled "Jump into January" by the same author since my son like the hide and seek feature so much. Its a fun book but I wanted to let others know that the content of 'Jump into January' and "Skip through the Seasons" are the same. So no need to buy both. Also in "Skip through the seasons" no actual mention is made to the seasons other than the picture references to the seasons.The one difference is that in "Skip through the seasons" has a section at the end explaining the origin of the months, a short account of what makes the seasons, a few different calenders types through the ages and the names of days of the week in other languages.
