What about the robins?,
By Sarakani (Harrow United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Thrushes (Hardcover)
This book makes it clear it only covers the Turdinae, the true thrushes and thus ignores chats, robins and magpie robins. It is well written and illustrated. I just hope there was more information about where the rest of the genera considered as Thrushes should be allocated and someone will cover these so called Saxicolids soon.Good for a collector of bird books and researchers in a growing series of similar books though not all are of this same standard. |
