Basically, they took everything that could be improved about the old Fox II Pro and improved it--added more buttons, more than MW4 could recognize, but whose fault was that? LABELED them, how lovely, and the feel and balance are otherwise much the same. Good, robust, reasonably priced unit, very glad I gambled (mildly) on a new product.

T-Flight Stick X for PC & PS3 had fox2pro stick for a year of steady use and was happy with it. this is the new version with more buttons (some are quite awkward to use). shape and lightness of the stick are same as fox2 but heard an unwelcome crunch after only 3 weeks. part of the auto-centering ring inside broke and my stick now leans right if let go. pretty much unuseable now.

This is a great joystick. Just need more ps3 games to use it with. Excellent for blazing angels, tough for warhawk though. Controls can be remapped for different games with a chip inside to save settings.A definite recommendation.

My old Sidewinder died, so I did a lot of looking around. Most sticks seem like they're either cheaply made(like they'd break easily) or they're those HOTAS sticks with the throttle on a separate device. I don't have any room on my desk for a stick, so the HOTAS versions were not an option. Further, I'm used to the feel of my Sidewinder and wanted something similar. I got exactly that out of this stick. There's a few extra buttons and it looks fancier. It has a good feel. It doesn't seem like the stick or the buttons are going to break off. This stick is actually a bit more sensitive than my old Sidewinder but toning it down in the settings is easy.

It's a nice bonus that I can use this for my PS3, should I ever get a flight sim for it.

My only complaint(if this even counts as one) is the number 3 button is in a weird spot. Honestly, I don't see it as a problem and I can easily just ignore the button entirely. Just about every PC game I've ever played lets you remap buttons so this is a real non-issue for me.

I've been looking for a simple joystick for FSX. It seemed the Logitech joysticks suffered from reliability issues, so I decided to try this joystick because of the good reviews. When I received the joystick, everything seemed great, except for the throttle. I actually liked the position of the throttle on this model, which was one of the main reasons I decided to go with it. However, I was surprised to find that it seemed hard to move. It seems you can put your thumb in it, but to move it requires a certain amount of force to get it moving that when it finally does, it jumps. Also there's a "stop zone" in between the silver and red marks, which is another thing that makes it more difficult to control. I was expecting a smooth motion like I had with my Wingman 2 I was replacing. The throttle on the Wingman feels very fluid, and is easy to move so you can easily control the position. I thought I had a defect so I called Thrustmaster and they said to return it to Amazon. I received my replacement and sure enough, the throttle is the same. Not only that, but this one made an annoying pop/click whenever the joystick returned to center from the left half. I ended up returning it and I'll be going with another joystick.

Excelent controller. Does everything I need it to do, setup (Windows XP/FSX) was full auto and took appx. 20 Sec.

For PS3 it works very good especially on IL2 Sturmovik BofP, because I have this game...i prove it and it works very well. But I think it can be used in other games like Blazing Angels....I have not tried on PC.

Nice, solid, well-built feel with good control response. It works well as advertised on the PS-3, haven't tried it on a PC. Programming the buttons, however, is a real pain with poor documentation.

I've used it with Blazing Angels and (strangely enough) with good effect on Call of Duty 4.

I must say I had my doubts about this stick but after a few days of playing this stick on the ps3 and pc I found myself having a great time.
Playing side scrolling games on the ps3 was a blast....playing flight sim on pc was a blast... I have not found anything this stick cannot handle...If you want a great joystick this is the one....war42
