I like this CD. It still beats some of the garbage they're playin on the radio anymore.

2.0 out of 5 stars This is not an album pout out by Krayzie Bone
Big Caz put this out to make money, this is lousy, and even though I think Krayzie Bone is the best rapper alive, these are not his best verses, beatz are lousy and some of the songs he is barely in. Look out for Kray on Chammilionaire's new album and Twista's new album both coming out September 18th.

1.0 out of 5 stars Scratch this off!!, September 14, 2007
This review is from: Thugline Boss (Bonus Dvd) (Audio CD)
THIS IS NOT KRAYZIE BONE!! I've been a fan of Krayzie ever since Creepin' On Ah Come Up in '94 and I know what Krayzie is capable of, this is not it. His previous solo's- Thug Mentality 1999, Thug on Da Line, and Gemini: Good vs Evil they were all good and they had one thing in common, they were produced by Krayzie himself. Krayzie did not have a hand in producing this album and it was a disaster! The beats and lyrics sound awful and like it was just quickly thrown together. Krayzie doesn't even rap in song #2! I am ashamed that they put Krayzie's name on the album because I know that he is much better than this. Since I am a fan, of course I bought it, but can't help but feel let down and expect better from Krayzie on his next solo or on his next group album with Bone thugs.

BONE THUGS FOR LIFE!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars This is a debacle..., October 14, 2007
This review is from: Thugline Boss (Bonus Dvd) (Audio CD)
Simply put, DO NOT expect ANY song to resemble the following:

1. "Heated Heavy"
2. "Murda Mo"
3. "Dummy Man"
4. "Thug Mentality"
5. "Revolution"
6. "Time After Time"
7. "That's That Bone"
8. "Get'chu Twisted"
9. "Hi-D-Ho"
10."Murda Music"

I am NOT exaggerating here. I have had a 'man-crush' on Krayzie Bone from the first time I heard him when I was in 7th grade. Some of his some songs actually motivated me to get out of a shady lifestyle (YOU guyz know what I'm talking about...)

Thugline Boss is an embarrassment compared to his 3 previous solo gems. Don't believe me??? Buy it for yourself but remember...I WARNED YOU!

Peace, and God bless.

Mike

1.0 out of 5 stars unofficial album, October 10, 2007
This review is from: Thugline Boss (Bonus Dvd) (Audio CD)
i think pretty much ALL these tracks have already been released.. this is NOT a studio album and NOT authorized by krayzie bone.. (think about it, why would a thugline album be released on mo thugs after krayzies been gone so long?) but that is why the songs arent very great.. krayzie wouldve taken his time to put out a dope solo album.. but this is a collection of collabs thrown together and released as this album without his consent

3.0 out of 5 stars Good CD, Just add Krayzie, November 29, 2007
This review is from: Thugline Boss (Bonus Dvd) (Audio CD)
This CD is definitely solid. The only grudge I have with it is the lack of Krayzie on the CD. EVERY song is featuring someone else. I like all the Thugline artists but wish this was a Krayzie Bone CD. All the tracks on this were released online before the CD came out on a Mixtape under the same name. The only difference was the cover art. This is a good COMPILATION CD, and only a decent Krayzie Bone CD.

5.0 out of 5 stars New militant Bone Thugs solo project album/compilation, February 4, 2008
By
This review is from: Thugline Boss (Bonus Dvd) (Audio CD)
IDK the details behind Krayzie authorizing this release or not, either way the CD opens up with a militant "Overcome" track reflecting why Krayzie Bone(and Layzie Bone) has been collaborating with Dead Prez recently, the rest of the album is mostly akin to Krayzie's beats & melodic-rhyme style/MJ-centered sound of "Thug on da line" & mixed with the "I tried (w.Akon)" sound of the trio Bone Thugs of nowadays. Basically it seems Bizzy, Krayzie, & Layzie Bone are really creative in their solo efforts after once being part of one of hip-hop's best 90's r&b/rap group.
