The Thule Tahoe Rooftop Cargo Bag is the most spacious rooftop bag that Thule makes. Perfect for most vehicles, the Tahoe is designed to work with virtually any roof rack, attaching to the crossbars, the side rails or both via heavy-duty cargo buckles and double stitched webbing. It's expandable from 15 to 17 cubic feet via reversible zipper construction and at a mere 10 lbs, folds away to nearly nothing, storing away in an included durable storage bag. Additional features include: combined rear and side access to cargo via zippers and weather resistant construction with taped seams to keep your cargo dry, internal foam structure that protects contents and keeps bag shape while loading and unloading, internal mesh pockets for small items, side handles for on-vehicle maneuverability and more.
Thule's Tahoe Rooftop Cargo Bag is designed to simultaneously maximize both storage possibilities and convenience. As handy as a cargo box is, when space is tight -- for instance if you live in an apartment, or have maxed out your garage -- storing one can be a challenge. Capable of carrying up to 17 cubic feet of cargo and weighing a meager 10 lbs (4.5 kg), the Tahoe Rooftop Cargo Bag gives you the same advantages of a large cargo box at a fraction of the space to store it after use. It features a reversible zipper that allows it to expand from its standard size of 15 cubic feet, to an impressive 17 cubic feet. And if you have less than this to haul, simply cinch it down when loaded and in seconds you are ready to roll. It also keeps its shape while protecting items with its internal foam structure. This also makes for easier loading and unloading.
Installation of the Tahoe Rooftop Cargo Bag is simple. Designed for use with virtually any roof rack -- Thule or otherwise -- it fits between your rack's crossbars and is secured via heavy-duty cargo buckles, anchoring rings and double stitched webbing. (If the distance between your crossbars is less than 41-inches, increase the distance or drape the remaining length of the bag over rear crossbar.) The buckles and straps allow you to attach the bag either to the crossbars at the front and rear, to rack elements at the sides, or both using the included four attachment straps. Altering the positioning of the bag when draped over a vehicle is made easy with the inclusion of reinforced handles along the side straps that allow virtually anyone to move the bag with ease.
The Thule Tahoe Rooftop Cargo Bag has been designed to be as weather resistant as possible. To start with it is constructed with super-tough, PVC-coated nylon and utilizes taped seams and storm flaps to keep your contents safe and dry. It's Velcro lined zipper pulls also add an extra layer of protection, securing each end to the other, ensuring that your zipper is always sealed against the elements. Finally, the included storage bag protects against incidental moisture, dirt and contact when the bag is away from your vehicle and not in use.

Thule will warranty all Thule brand car rack systems and its accessories manufactured by Thule during the time that an original retail purchaser owns the product. Thule was founded in 1942 by the Thulin family, when Eric Thulin, a true lover of the outdoors, put the Thule name on a pike trap he designed and began to sell in Scandinavia. It wasn't long before he added other practical items to the company's portfolio. By the 1960s, the company began to concentrate on car-related products, including its first roof rack. The Thulin family sold Thule to the publicly listed company Eldon in 1979, and it has continued to grow both organically and through acquisitions ever since. The Thule Group is a world leader in providing transport solutions for an active life.
