Lamont is a fun, trailer-rockin' thrash rock band out of Boston, Massachusetts. The songs are short, punchy, and catchy. The songs range between stoner, southern-rock and Clutch-style sounds, and there is a little bit of a progressive feel in their riffs and occasional irregular time signatures, kind of like Lynyrd Skynyrd after hanging out with Yes for the weekend. But for the most part, it's four-on-the-floor, crazy stompin' rock that doesn't let up.
