Easy, Creative and Quick,

This review is from: Thursday Is Pot Luck: From Hearty Casseroles to Stir-Fries to Main-Course Salads (Everyday Cookbooks) (Hardcover)
The Everyday cookbook series have helped to make my dinners delicious but none more than Thursday is Pot-Luck. This book is jam packed with tons of creative one pot meal ideas in numerous ethnic backgrounds. The recipies are really wasy to follow and the ingredients needed are so common they can be made with little preparation (those frantic rushes to the supermarket when you don't have a specific ingredient) but the final product is anything but common!

This review is from: Thursday Is Pot Luck: From Hearty Casseroles to Stir-Fries to Main-Course Salads (Everyday Cookbooks) (Hardcover)
I purchased the Wednesday book in this series ("Wednesday is Spaghetti...") based on the recommendation of a friend. I liked that book so much that I started getting the rest of the books in the series. This book, along with the others, has a lot of great ideas and the recipes are not overly complicated. I would recommend any of the books in this series.
