My Medical Doctors Are Amazed By My Test Results!,
By
This review is from: ThyroSoothe for Overactive Thyroids & Hyperthyroidism
My Endocrinologist is amazed by my test results and the way that my thyroid feels to the touch. I went from having a sizeable goiter to a practically normal thyroid!
I was diagnosed with HyPERthyroidism "probable" Graves Disease (whatever "probable" means)about one year prior to the time I discovered Thyrosoothe. My doctor prescribed Methimazole (Tapazole) in an effort to slow down my thyroid but I was having some pretty nasty side-effects from it and it really wasn't working. Plus, I was gaining 10 lbs a month! No exaggeration! The doctors were suggesting that I consent to having my thyroid pumped full of radiation to effectively kill it or have it surgically removed meaning that I would have to take medications for HyPOthyroidism for the rest of my life! I found these alternatives unacceptable! I began my search for a natural alternative treatment and gratefully found Thyrosoothe! Since taking Thyrosoothe, I have absolutely NO Side-Effects (and have actually LOST 15 POUNDS)and I feel great! Better than I have since my diagnosis. Since my test results were great, all my doctor could say was "well, keep doing what you are doing because it seems to be working" and that is exactly what I have done. If you have HyPERthyroidism or Graves disease please try this product! (especially if you are considering radiation or surgery, what have you got to loose?) I highly recommend it. I have been taking it since July 2008 and am still doing great! P.S. They also have a product for HyPOthyroidism.

Wonderful products!,

Twenty-two years ago I suffered a bout of Grave's disease. I was ill for more than a year and had a number of unpleasant side effects from the prescribed medications. I recently developed symptoms of mild hyperthyroidism again and researched alternative, natural remedies. I began using the Thyrosoothe/PureCalm products five weeks ago. I ordered the combo-pack and used the products exactly as directed. My symptoms have nearly disappeared and I feel "like myself" again.

Loving some thyrosoothe,
This review is from: ThyroSoothe for Overactive Thyroids & Hyperthyroidism
I just wanted to mention that I've been taking this product now for almost six months. I had a very slight case of hyperthyroidism... my TSH levels were slightly low, but I was having heart palpitations, felt very fatigued... just not myself. I went to an endocrinologist (who did my lab work) and put me on methimazole. I took this medication for 7 months (at 5 mcg daily, lowest amount for adult dosage.)It was a horrible medication for me; it made all my joints ache, my hair started falling out, and I started having sharpness in my chest. Towards the end of my treatment my symptoms seemed to worsen. Although my lab results where looking better on paper; I had to make a trip to the emergency room because of an uncomfortable heart rate of 127. I recently had an echo stress test and everything came back fine.... but Needless to say, I had to get off of the medication. RAI is not an option for me; my older sister had this done and suffers other ailments because of it.
I've done really great with the thyrosoothe. It took a couple months before my symptoms disappeared, but I think too that the methimazole was getting out of my body. My hair is growing back, I have ZERO heart palpations, I have exuberant energy, I've gained 6lbs (I had low body mass index before hand). I will continue taking this product for my hyperthyroidism.

Life Saver! Great treatment option for hyperthyroidism,
By
This review is from: ThyroSoothe for Overactive Thyroids & Hyperthyroidism
I must say that for many years I have been living with problems with hyperthyroidism (possible graves) and just recently was starting to have terrible symptoms due to stress. Ice Cold sweats (mostly in the mornings), not able to get warm at all (internal cold), problems gaining weight, tightness in my throat, high anxiety and shaky. With not having medical insurance, I turned to more holistic measures and this product really does work! I have been taking it for about four days now (as indicated on the bottle) 15 drops - three times a day with juice or tea and WOW!It takes a couple of days to really feel a difference but it's worth it and working. My cold sweats have stopped, my throat doesn't feel tight anymore but feels normal and I'm keeping on the weight. I'm 5'7 and was normally around 104 pounds (very skinny all my life 35 now) but now I'm around 110 and growing. This is only after a few days. The only thing I can say is that it does make you a little tired than normal (I am used to being on edge with anxiety, so tiredness is to be expected) but not sedative or anything. Just slows you down and feel more relaxed, I've been sleeping better which is great because I wasn't before. My anxiety is way down to a zero and I'm able to function and think better and able to focus better on things. I am amazed with this product and I don't mind taking this everyday, it's like a liguid vitamin rather than chemical medicine that can have worse side effects. Eating healthy foods helps too (kelp and spinach) and taking regular vitamins (chewable gummies are great, I also eat protein bars for weight gain and energy) beats going through so much medically (tests and appointments, trying tons of meds) especially when insurance is not available. Not expensive either, under $40 bucks, worth it! Remember, like all medicine, research as much as you can (read reviews of others, I did) and then if it sounds like it could work for you then, go for it. I don't know if this will work for everyone (this stuff is only for those who have hyper or overactive thyroid, don't take if your not sure, I was already told by doctors 2 years ago of my condition but was too scared to proceed with killing off thyroid) but so far, I'm very happy with it and to me, it tastes like tea. Hope this helps those who have the same issues as me and let me know if it helps you. Tootles! - Shey

Bugleweed/gypsyweed has LOTS of side effects from prolonged use & withdrawal,
This review is from: ThyroSoothe for Overactive Thyroids & Hyperthyroidism
I used to think this was a great combination of herbs. Unfortunately, bugleweed (aka gyspy weed) can cause an inflamed thyroid after prolonged use. The worst side effects come when you stop taking it. When I stopped taking it, all of my hyperthyroidism symptoms (feeling dehydrated, jittery and hormonal, insomnia, sweating, etc) showed up within days. At first I was scared that my thyroid was getting worse at a rapid rate, but after doing some research, I found that these symptoms were all caused by withdrawal of the bugleweed. After a couple weeks of being off the bugleweed, the symptoms disappeared. I am now successfully controlling my overactive thyroid with mother wort, melissa (lemon balm), and passion flower. Raspberry leaf works for the symptoms that affect women only. Turmeric helps reduce inflammation of the thyroid. Leafy greens, mustard and sesame (seeds, oil, tahini) in your diet can also help regulate it, but avoid seaweed and hot peppers. Basically, this product seems convenient at first, but you are better off taking individual herbs (motherwort, lemon balm, passionflower) to avoid bugleweed.

I used this product as a natural remedy for my overactive thyroid, but unfortunately it didn't work and was a waste of money.

What a joke! This product did nothing for me but turn my urine darker, and make it smell. I should've never let myself get suckered into actually believing this could actually work. I discourage anyone from trying this. Consult a doctor first before you waste the money.
